Under my leadership, Fay’s project backlog surged from under $200 million to over $1.5 billion, with revenue climbing from less than $200 million to $750 million. This growth propelled Fay to become the #33 largest heavy civil contractor in the U.S., according to ENR's 2024 rankings.

I also played a pivotal role in the SH288 Express Lanes P3 project in Houston, Texas, a $1.1 billion infrastructure endeavor that not only enhanced regional transportation but also delivered a substantial 5x return on investment. My responsibilities encompassed securing funding, navigating regulatory frameworks, and ensuring project completion within timelines.

Additionally, I initiated and led the establishment of S&B USA’s eMobility division, focusing on electrifying transportation fleets and deploying charging infrastructure. This strategic initiative positioned S&B USA as a frontrunner in sustainable transportation solutions, underscoring my commitment to innovation and environmental sustainability.
