Hello all - I recently completed the 100% acquisition of a restoration company focusing on water, fire and mold remediation. The company has three full service verticals - mitigation, contents pack out, storage and pack back, and repairs requiring General Contractor knowledge and experience.

To date, the company is up 20% YOY! We are in a healthy growth phase. I am looking for someone who has construction knowledge who wants to invest and own a stake in the business with me, and operate the company on a day-to-day business with me to support further growth efforts with an "owner mindset."
