Led or worked on at least one commercial due diligence process in the past two years 2. Diligenced software, tech-enabled services, or AI-adjacent businesses (AI infra, datacenters, AI software, or AI consumer apps). 3. Conducted expert calls (i.e. Alphasights, GLG, Guidepoint, freelancers, or just personal network) as part of the due diligence process.
