Seeking Order Processing/CRM Recommendations for a MFR Business

Hello!

We are buying a MFR business who's tech stack is pretty archaic.

One of the first items on our agenda for 2022 is to convert to a more modern CRM/Order Processing tool.

Something that sales, marketing, ops, finance & leadership can all use.

Salesforce is out of the question.

Is there something a bit more intuitive out there that we should look into?

Steve, if you are still deciding on a new tool I'd look at HubSpot primarily. For most companies acquired via search HubSpot is a good balance of entperise quality with a reasonable price. You can spend a lot more and get salesforce, or a little less and get a budget CRM, but most of the time HubSpot is the right call. Let me know if it would be useful to talk in more detail. (my firm is a rev ops consultancy that does CRM and order systems implementations frequently)
