Seeking Opportunities in Minneapolis-St. Paul Metro Area

I am a self-funded searcher looking for a small business in the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area (inclusive of western WI). I'm industry agnostic with my sights set on a business with EBITDA/SDE in the $500k-$1M range, with growth opportunities that leverage my experience and skillset.

I co-founded a digital billboard manufacturing company in 2014 which was acquired in###-###-#### I have a broad skillset covering manufacturing, product development, engineering, and e-commerce.

Throughout my career I have been on the sell-side of four M&A transactions. I'm familiar with the process and committed to getting a deal done in the next several months. I have the equity and lender pre-qualification to close.
