Opportunity Details: - Two established service companies (non-trades sector) - Different markets: Northeast & Southern US - Recurring revenue model, 25-30% margins - $600-700K cash flow per business - Attractive valuations: sub-4x and ~4.5x multiples These businesses require operators with experience or willingness to work in staff-intensive service environments and regulatory compliance. Due to personal circumstances, I cannot operate these businesses myself but am committed to investing. Looking for serious operators only - experience in similar business models preferred.
