Looking to connect with an experienced Operating Partner to join a well-established portable restroom business with $4-5M EBITDA. This role is critical to the independent sponsor-led transaction and supporting the organization through the next phase of its growth and transition.

Key priorities include:

  • Organizational Leadership: Provide strategic oversight and hands-on management to optimize operations across multiple locations.
  • Seller Succession Plan: Work closely with the Sellers to ensure a smooth leadership transition and preserve the strong foundation they've built.
  • Growth Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to drive market expansion, streamline efficiencies, and capitalize on industry opportunities.
    The business operates multiple locations across the Mid-Atlantic region, extending as far west as Chicago and south to South Carolina. This is an compelling opportunity for someone with ambition, enthusiasm, and a desire to lead and grow a dynamic business. Prior experience in operations or multi-site management is helpful but not required—we’re more interested in drive and a willingness to learn.
