Seeking non-SBA refi lenders

Hi all, I acquired a tree service and mulch manufacturing business in suburban Chicago about 18 months ago using an SBA loan. We've grown a little over 20% since the acquisition and expect to do about the same again next year. I'm looking to explore options around refinancing at a lower interest rate, and/or without a PG. SDE for this year is expected to land right around $1M. If you are a lender who might be interested, or know of one, I'd love to chat.

We've seen Grasshopper become more active as an alternative to SBA lenders. Might be worth taking a look!
