Hi all,
I’m currently evaluating an operator-led acquisition in the industrial distribution space and am beginning to think through capital partner options.
High-level parameters:
Enterprise value: ~$10M–$15M
Industry: Industrial / manufacturing-adjacent (B2B, recurring demand profile)
Business model: Value-added distribution with established customer base
Structure: Majority investor ownership with operator-led execution
I’m looking to connect with non-SBA capital partners who are comfortable with:
A combination of equity and senior debt
Operator-led deals with active involvement post-close
Flexible structuring (including potential seller participation / performance-based components)
My background is in operations, supply chain, and commercial leadership across manufacturing and distribution environments, and I would be stepping in to run the business day-to-day with a focus on scaling and de-risking the revenue base.
At this stage, I’m keeping details high-level due to confidentiality, but I’d be happy to connect and share more under NDA.
If this aligns with your investment focus, I’d welcome a conversation.
Thanks in advance,
Sabrael
