I am currently under LOI to acquire an industrial services business and am looking to connect with lenders active in lower-middle-market acquisition financing outside of SBA. Transaction highlights: - Purchase price: $1.2M - Business type: Conveyor installation, maintenance, and field services - Seller participation: Open to meaningful seller note and/or earnout structure - Equity: Can bring 20-25%+ equity depending on final structure - Buyer: Experienced industrial executive with 20+ years in manufacturing, operations, and corporate strategy - Timing: Currently under LOI and progressing through diligence Due to the recent SBA eligibility changes impacting green card holders, I am specifically looking for conventional lenders, regional banks, non-bank acquisition lenders, family offices, or private credit providers that finance cash-flowing service businesses. If you are a lender or have completed a similar transaction and can recommend financing sources, I would appreciate a connection.

I was looking at this business too. You may need to seek equity funding as an underwriter from an institutional lender will see higher levels if risk given some information you've shared already. Finding a partner who can satisfy SBA requirements coupled with your equity contribution might be the best option to move quickly. Are you planning to be on site managing the business day to day?
