Seeking new SBA lender for $1.6M asset purchase in AZ/NM

I've been working with an SBA lender for months on a $1.6M asset purchase, but due to internal policies and issues among management on interpreting those policies differently, the bank has not been able to make much progress.

The Cares Act incentives have expired and I'm now concerned about losing the deal all together due to the Seller's patience running out.

There is a signed purchase agreement in place.

10% cash injection from the buyer
10% seller note

I'm looking for a new SBA lender that is competent and can be aggressive to close quickly. All documents are ready to go.
