Seeking MBA Interns (Post LOI Diligence)

I am working on a deal in the light manufacturing space (~$2mm EBITDA) and also likely to get a 2nd deal under LOI (~$3mm EBITDA) in the next few weeks; I will need an extra pair of capable hands. Ideally an MBA intern (no undergrads) with prior M&A experience pre-b school who's curious about ETA and wants to try it out in a no-risk way with a search fund before committing full time. This is part time###-###-#### hrs per week) unpaid gig to support on various workstreams: commercial dd, financial dd, legal dd, lender conversations, etc. Please comment and I will reach out directly.
