Seeking M&A Healthcare advice for referral based business

I am looking at a multi-unit MRI and Dialysis center (2 separate transactions). The largest problems I see are in:
1. patients are referred and not controlled by internal physicians
2. potential for reimbursement changes

LinkedIn has 100s of millions of experts in different industries, much like Searchfunder, every user has a common bond (so to speak) unlike facebook, tic toc, instagram, users of LinkedIn and Searchfunder are there for business. I would point your arrow toward LinkedIn (premium subscription), search your industry, country etc, many many results!
