Seeking M&A Advisor for small medical device company <$5M Revenue

Hi Search Funder Community,

I'd appreciate any recommendations for a sell side advisor with expertise in this industry and size as we try to help the founder/owner position for successful exit in the not too distant future.

I am also interested in any resources folks may have or insight into valuation methodology/approach for this particular profile.

Unfortunately, the owner will not be interested in exploring sale to the typical search funder who is looking for a value deal. Seeking to sell to a strategic buyer.
