Seeking legal/tax/deal structuring advice for special situation

Hello!!
Seeking a law firm who can help with legal/deal/tax structuring for a special situation.
Deal invovles and legal should have experience with:
1) manufacturing business with old factory that built a new factory with construction loan.
2) Mechanics lien
3) additional land + Inventory + equipment as collateral
Assets more than cover the debts. I currently have 2 private credit firms interested in providing the funding.

Hi ^redacted‌ - I'd be happy to chat here. I have done a ton of manufacturing/industrials deals (I was in private equity for a long time before I went back to the legal side and most of my fund's portfolio was in the industrials space). I have experience structuring around both construction liens and mechanics liens on real and personal property (typically the mechanics liens are paid off as a closing condition). I also have a tax partner with who can advise from a tax perspective and can loop her in as needed.
