Seeking Lawyer-Investors

I'm looking for licensed attorneys who may be interested investing equity into a law firm acquisition. I'm an attorney in Illinois. I'm in active discussions with many small firm owners regarding a potential exit. The conversations are very promising - I'm an attorney, not a PE shop, which is well-received (and means the headache of an MSO structure is not needed). I'm focusing on firms specializing in bankruptcy/RX, employment/labor, immigration or estate planning, ideally in Chicago or NYC.
