Seeking investors or generous donors to close an acquisition deal

I am under an LOI with a small school that has significant potential and a competitive edge in Central Florida. Over the past three years, the school has maintained solid financial performance and sufficient cash flow to operate. Due diligence and SBA financing are already in motion. I need to raise 75k in liquidity. Can someone point me to investors or generous donors who could help fund this acquisition? This has been a long passion of mine.
