We have been working on a deal for the past 6 months and have a purchase agreement in place and are excited to share it with you now.

This is business is headquartered in Dallas Texas and with operations in every state and province in North America. Last year the company did approximately $6M in revenue and $912,000 in normalized and adjusted EBITDA. Sellers will roll over 22% equity and one will stay on as Chief Revenue Officer.
