Seeking Investors For Small Business Acquisition

I am building HCE and its permanent-holdings platform, Dynastic Industries, to acquire and operate stable service and light manufacturing businesses. I am currently evaluating several opportunities in the $300k–$500k EBITDA range within 230 miles of Indianapolis and am seeking an experienced capital partner to provide approximately 5–10% of the total acquisition cost ($60k–$200k) as equity capital for an SBA-backed acquisition. My focus is on businesses with recurring B2B customers, long operating histories, and clear post-acquisition transition plans.
