I am looking for an investor to fund part of the buyer's equity in a strategic acquisition of a well-established marketing agency. The agency has been operating for over 20 years, generates over $2M in EBITDA with an enterprise value of $9M.

I am structuring this deal on a Pari Passu basis and seeking investors to contribute around $500K. This is a great opportunity to participate in a high-growth, profitable business with a proven track record.
