Seeking investors - $80m deal under LOI

I have a deal under LOI and am looking to fill a ~10m hole in the cap stack. I would be interested to speak with investors that can write part or all of that. Need ability to move quickly as I will have to start spending on diligence very soon and want confidence that the funding is there.

The company is in the business services space, has LTM EBITDA of ~$10m, and is still founder owned with a strong history of growth. There is a significant seller note and roll over.
