Seeking Intro - Title IV Attorney/Consultant

Hello!

We're considering the acquisition of a Title IV college. Would you happen to know any consultants or attorneys that have done one of the following?

Due diligence on a Title IV school
Helped with Title IV audit/compliance
Works with schools to get Title IV certification?

We would like to hire them to do a consulting engagement with us, and buy them cake/flowers =)
