I’m under LOI on a Massachusetts-based healthcare services business and am looking for introductions to an insurance and employee benefits advisory firm that supports transaction-level due diligence. This is for pre-close diligence covering both commercial insurance and employee benefits, with an eye toward identifying coverage gaps, cost issues, and post-close considerations. Experience working with search funds / ETA buyers and healthcare businesses is strongly preferred. Happy to take introductions via DM or email: redacted

Most insurance brokers of size will do this for free as part of their preparing a new insurance package. They review the existing coverage, loss history, etc. and propose a replacement package which you will need for an asset purchase. Ditto for employee benefit providers. Depends on the size of your deal, of course. We use IMA for insurance in DFW and they are very good.
