Hi ^redacted‌, I'm obviously biased but I would say Groundswell Advisors (groundswell.law) is a fairly handy outfit. But seriously, that shameless plug aside, I know that SMB Law Group does a lot of work in this space and by all accounts are well thought of. Always happy to chat if you want to talk ETA M&A! I've worked with Goodwin Procter and Moore & Van Allen on non-SBA transactions. I'd recommend both and would be happy to discuss my experience with them offline if you're interested.
