I’m launching a new search fund to pursue larger deals and am looking for potential partners. My background is in M&A for large-cap financial services, covering deal structuring, negotiation, and execution. I’ve completed two synergetic, self-funded acquisitions with a buy-and-hold strategy, structured with over 90% equity, generating $10M in combined revenue with healthy ratios all around.
I’m looking to assemble a high-caliber team of veteran searchers, operators, and fundraisers with top-tier credentials—people who are aggressive in deal execution, highly aligned, and committed to building a market-leading acquisition platform. I have a thesis in the works that I believe gives us an edge over traditional PE and sponsored searchers.
Initially, partners would contribute equity capital (not a hard requirement), with syndication filling any gaps for flexibility and speed. As the firm scales, subsequent deals would be funded through committed capital.
If you’re interested in building something substantial, let’s connect.
