Seeking Help to Find a Field Supervisor for Electrical Services Acquisition

I’m in the process of acquiring an electrical services company in Houston, while my focus will be on driving the company's growth and improving back-office processes, I need someone with strong technical expertise to lead the day-to-day operations on the ground. I’m looking for a highly skilled Field Supervisor who can oversee technical operations, and I’m offering competitive compensation along with an equity percentage for the right candidate.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

Experience with large custom homes At least a Journeyman electrical license (Master is a plus) Knowledge of lighting control systems, electrical design/layout, load assessment, and service sizing Experience with generator installations and general electrical knowledge Familiarity with both new construction and remodels If you have someone in your network who fits this description or can suggest where to find such candidates, I’d be grateful for the help.
