Seeking help / advice on deal economics in Canada

Hi all - I've been dabbling in and out of the search fund space for a bit but haven't fully committed to it due to my lack of confidence in structuring deals and ensuring that the numbers make sense, both from an investing and operational standpoint. Would anyone here be willing to connect and hop on a quick call to help me validate some of my assumptions about deal financing in the Canadian landscape?
