Hi all - I've been dabbling in and out of the search fund space for a bit but haven't fully committed to it due to my lack of confidence in structuring deals and ensuring that the numbers make sense, both from an investing and operational standpoint. Would anyone here be willing to connect and hop on a quick call to help me validate some of my assumptions about deal financing in the Canadian landscape? ^redacted‌- Also happy to weigh in. I'm under LOI at the moment in a self-funded search and have been soliciting term sheets from 6 banks for this purchase, so have a decent sense I think for what's possible. Just shoot me a dm or email me redacted
