I'm currently seeking funding for the purchases of a small business in the Atlanta-area. The ideal company(s) would be either services-based or manufacturing with between $500k-$1m in EBITDA.
I would like to identify a company(s) that have a long-standing, great reputation in their respective industry but lack much technical chops that is limiting growth. This would allow me to implement my 10+ years in the high-tech space to make minor, smart investments in technology that will result in additional growth.
