Seeking feedback: Personal guarantee insurance

Hi there,

I'd love to hear reactions from searchers and other acquirers on an insurance policy tied to a personal guarantee. The general concept is an annual premium that is 3-5% of the total PG amount. Would an offering of this nature be of interest? Why or why not?

Really interesting concept as a searcher, there may be margin between SBA and conventional loans to make it work for both sides. I would just worry about the self selection bias if I was the lender.
