Hi everyone, we're currently evaluating a potential acquisition in the infusion space and are looking to connect with an operator who has hands-on experience in the industry to help us validate our thesis. This would be an expert-call engagement, with an hourly compensation that works for you. If you or someone in your network would be open to a brief conversation, please feel free to reach out.

^redacted‌ are you thinking about mobile or brick & mortar? I am not in the space but I researched it about 10 years ago as a bolt-on to medical transportation. Local medical centers were flooding the market with infusion centers and in-home created a long time on task for the labor / certifications needed. With that said, I see owner-operated mobile operations in my area that mostly do recovery / hydration self-pay patients. The only real insight I had at the time was that Medicare/Medicaid payors were looking to curtail costly dialysis centers and seemed to be ready to shift to peritonael dialysis in home treatments which may or may not need a CNA/EMT or similar present during the infusions (at least the first several) and of course they would need supplies, meds, etc... Good luck with your research. My research was in the MD/DC/VA/DE/PA areas. Thanks.
