Seeking eventual partner for a SouthEast based HoldCo-planning stage

I am an Independent Sponsor, SF investor, and entrepreneur who really wants to stop having to source for the next business, relocate, and operate. This can be a several year plan, but I would like to find a similar minded partner and build a Holding Company based in the Sunbelt. Think Chenmark/Permanent Equity or a fund of SF's with operating input and a shared back office. I have exited a business and would require that:

a) the person have at least $500K - $1M in capital to deploy OR
the person be an excellent capital raiser having done so for a PE fund, search fund, IB, or startup AND

c) the person have Operating experience at a growing company, been a successful entrepreneur, or worked as a business consultant at Bain, BCG, McKinsey, etc.
