I’m currently evaluating multiple IT services and B2B services acquisitions that fit a disciplined buy box:
• $2M–$20M revenue
• $500K–$2M EBITDA/SDE
• Recurring revenue model
• SBA-eligible structures
• Strong operational fundamentals
For the right deal, I’m looking to bring in a minority equity partner for ~10% (primarily to cover the buyer equity injection), alongside SBA debt and meaningful seller participation.
