Seeking equity partners for EU fintech carve-out / MBO

I’m looking to connect with investors interested in providing equity capital for a European fintech acquisition. Key facts: * €5–10M 26' EBITDA growing organically at double digits * Special situation / carve-out * Target hold period: ~24 months * Value creation driven primarily by entry/exit multiple arbitrage, rather than a heavy operating turnaround I’m a repeat entrepreneur and am helping facilitate the transaction alongside existing management. At this stage, I’m collecting soft commitments and looking to build a small group of credible equity backers. The deal is EU-based, but US capital is very welcome.
