I am new to the world of search funds. I am on the lookout for equity partners to acquire independent telecom or MSP with significant telecom revenue, in the US or Canada. These businesses have solid recurring revenue and customer stickiness. I bring almost 2 decades of experience in the telecom industry in senior product roles. I am currently evaluating a telecom business that has been operating for 25 years and has strong EBITDA. Appreciate any guidance.
