Seeking equity partner for $2.4 million gym platform

Hey, all! My firm currently has under LOI 2 longstanding independent non-franchise gym chains with 16 locations throughout Illinois and Iowa that generates nearly $2.5 million EBITDA and around $8.3 million in revenue. My firm is expecting to make a sponsor contribution of $1.2 million and we're seeking a co-investor for $1.2 to $1.8 million in equity. We anticipate an IRR Of 22.1% and a MOIC of 3.3x over a 5 year holding period. Open to negotiating on terms. Alternatively, we'd be also open to working with any funds on a one-stop shop basis.
