Seeking equity partner for $2.4 million gym platform

My firm currently has under LOI 2 longstanding independent non-franchise gym chains with 16 locations throughout Illinois and Iowa that generates nearly $2.5 million EBITDA and around $8.3 million in revenue. My firm is expecting to make a sponsor contribution of $1.2 million and we're seeking a co-investor for $1.2 to $1.8 million in equity.
