I am seeking an minority equity partner for a Florida-based specialty contractor that is ready to move forward with an LOI. The business specializes in trenchless pipe rehabilitation and related infrastructure services. * $4.4 million in annual revenue * $1.1 million-plus in transferable normalized earnings * An asking price in the $6 million range The transaction will be structured using SBA acquisition financing, buyer/investor equity and potentially seller financing. I would serve as the active buyer and CEO.
