*Seeking Equity Investor for Electrical Contracting Firm*

Hi all, I do some management consulting, and I am currently working with a client/partner that is seeking an equity investor for an electrical contracting company. The current CEO bought it in 2022, doubled its revenue and then brought me in as a partner for Corp Dev to help with M&A strategy and capital allocation strategy. We are seeking a $1m equity investment to clean up some SBA debt and formalize our apprenticeship program. Company did $15.7m last year.
