My partner and I are pursuing the strategic development of a growth focused specialty coffee investment vehicle. We have a pipeline of deals covering roughly ~US$49M (US$34M) in enterprise value and EBITDA of ~US$9.3M (US$6.3). Our US platform target is at the stage of LOI with an enterprise value of ~US$11M. This target has locations across 2 continents and represents a tremendous opportunity for growth both through add-on acquisitions and organic growth. Our non-US platform target is off-market (EV of ~US$15M to US$17M) and we have engaged the owners directly through our network. The growth outlook is similar to our US platform, but it is important to note that all the targets we have selected were identified because of the potential synergies that can be unlocked within a group structure and the degree to which there are meaningful opportunities for cross selling across markets.
