We are a serial acquirer facing some issues with cold outreach landing in spam filters (particularly outlook).

Seeking recommendations for an all-star deliverability consultant who can help us address this as an immediate project and provide support on an ongoing basis. Can be located in any geography.

In particular we want support setting up multiple email accounts (DMARC, forwarding etc) and advice on best tool stacks.

Any recommendations or top tips much appreciated in advance!

Outlook & Gmail are still the best options. As you mentioned, you do have to set up DMARC (& SPF & DKIM), warmup mailboxes, and stay within the sending limits. ^redacted‌ I am open to discuss to see if there is a way to help. My experience doing deal origination in US, UK, EU and Middle East tells me that most of the times simplicity is key. Tons of fancy tools and features out there that don't really contribute to deliverability and results. Ping me if this is still relevant, if not, would be great to hear how you addressed the issue!
