Seeking Due Diligence Associate for Live Deal

This position does not involve generating deal flow. I have an executed LOI and am seeking someone who is interested in the due diligence and project management aspects of closing a transaction. You will work alongside my existing team, including accounting professionals and legal counsel. This is a large ($10M+ revenue) business in the healthcare sector. The opportunity is best suited for a fellow searcher who wants to gain experience prior to their own transaction or someone seeking M&A experience for their own career development.
