Seeking Direct Private Equity Investment in Lower Middle Market Companies

I am seeking to invest along with a small group of investors directly in lower middle market companies in any industry. I envision companies with revenues in the $10-30 million range and that the group of PE investors will make the acquisition of the company possible. As an HBS alum I favor fellow alums, but would like to communicate with anyone who seeking to do Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition.
