Seeking debt and/or equity funding

Looking to raise CAD $10.5M cash at close Owner will be rolling over some + a portion of the deal is contingent on an earnout 2020 EBITDA around $3.5m Ideally I would like to fund this deal entirely with debt. However, willing to consider other options if required. The company is located in eastern Canada

Pros: Long term government contracts (up to 5 years) Positive Marco trends High barriers to entry

Cons: 3 major contracts – high client concentration Low / no Capex required to grow
