Wanting an operating partner or are you planning to fully operate the entity? Typically the best deals in the space are for CAS or tax firms which will not require a CPA. If we were to look for one we would not take on any attest work (we have opted out of this in my firm). Happy to chat from an investment standpoint but we are not looking to be involved with the operations of another firm at this point. If that would make sense let me know ^redacted‌
