Seeking construction private equity or investors

My partner and I are actively pursuing the acquisition of a construction or specialty contracting business and are looking to connect with potential capital partners, advisors, and introductions to private equity groups for larger-scale opportunities. I bring 20+ years of experience leading and scaling organizations, including managing P&Ls exceeding $50M and building distributed teams across North America, South America, and Europe. My background is focused on operationalizing businesses, improving margins through systems and process optimization, and driving efficiency at scale. My partner brings 20+ years of hands-on construction experience, most recently with Brinkman Construction, with deep expertise across construction management, field operations, sales, bidding, and estimation. He has worked across nearly every function in the business and understands how to both win and execute projects effectively. We are focused on acquiring and operating a construction, specialty contracting, or infrastructure-related business where we can combine strong field execution with operational discipline and scalable systems. Our core target range is $1.5M–$4M in EBITDA. We have already identified and are actively pursuing a small number of opportunities in the ~$10M–$20M enterprise value range (~$4M EBITDA) where we are seeking the right capital partners to support the transaction. We have been actively engaged in multiple acquisition processes, including advancing opportunities through LOI, lender underwriting, and third-party diligence, and have established relationships with SBA lenders. We also have personal capital to deploy and are comfortable structuring transactions creatively, including seller participation and partnership structures. We are long-term owner-operators and are focused on building a durable platform and growing it over time.
