I am an independent sponsor with 14 years of experience and 11 acquisitions, working to back a deeply experienced (30+ years) manager to acquire a very small consumer products company ($1 mm EBITDA) that she can build and grow. We already have confirmed that we can finance the transaction with SBA 7a borrowing, but we prefer a structure that does not require a personal guarantee and that will permit us to make contingent payments to the sellers. We would welcome co-investors to provide additional equity or a non-guaranteed debt structure. Please contact me if interested. Jon Gordon redacted you.

Jon - feel free to reach out - redacted or DM. I invest in self-funded search deals similar to yours (and can also connect you with others that invest in similar deals)

At Live Oak Bank, we offer a conventional program that does not require a PG. Happy to share the guidelines with you. redacted
