I've got a neat deal under LOI for which I'll be gradually transitioning out two retiring sellers. If you are interested, or know a good candidate, I'd love to chat. Ideal experience includes:
- Having run an excavating operation before
- Having some familiarity with the equipment involved, and its maintenance
- Familiarity with, and ideally some rolodex of, Chicago-area contractors / developers
