Hi, Pamela. I am a co-founder and GP of Heritage Partners, a PE firm partnering with entrepreneurs in a range of sectors. My direct experience in health care is not extensive, but we've looked at a range of health care platforms. Welcome Pamela. I've had extensive experience in healthcare and home health as a clinician and business owner over 25yrs. I've assembled an M&A team here in Australia. There'll be differences in regulatory policy internationally which I can only help from a local experience but otherwise happy to chat about all other elements of M&A in healthcare
