I have found a business to buy outside my geography and am seeking a CEO who can operate.
CEO must be able to and ok with putting up a personal guarantee, some amount of investment and be currently living in or willing to move to the Detroit area. Self-funded searcher-type economics available. I will put the deal together, invest, bring the majority of equity and be an advisor.

Business is distributor of climate control solutions - primarily representing one brand.

50% of revenue is represented by replacement parts.
Purchase price ~ $4M - $4.5M with meaningful forgivable seller note.
