I'm working on raising capital to close a deal on a Company in Florida. The Company is a highly profitable, rapidly growing, award-winning “creator and builder of themed environments for the world’s most selective theme parks" with $6.5m in revenue and $2.2m in EBITDA. Very niche, and they seem to be one of the largest that do this.

I'm sure you can guess who their customers are. There are not many companies that can do as good of a job as these guys do. The theme parks themselves do general construction, but surprisingly don't take care of the detailed theme. It is a highly specialized service.

I'm looking for about $6m in capital, mixed between senior debt and mezz, or unitranche. That will capitalize it at about 3x or so.
