Seeking Capital Partners to get a small deal funded - $5.2m Purchase Price

I'm looking for capital support outside the SBA to acquire a business with great expansion potential through bolt-ons. It’s approx. $5m revenue and $1.5m SDE. I’ve offered ~$5.2m, seller willing to write note of ~$1m. Seller likes my engineering background and experience in industrials / manufacturing. Institutional lenders really start to get interested at ~$3mm of EBITDA/SDE otherwise it's to small. I am happy to discuss/look at any opportunities of that size or bigger.
